Composite Numbers
A composite number is a positive integer that has more than two positive whole number factors. For example, the number 9 is a composite number since it has more than two whole number factors, namely 1, 3, and 9. The following is a list of the first 100 composite numbers. One should note that the whole number "1" is, by definition, neither prime nor composite.
